Butter, Cheese, Whole Dairy Vindicated in New Research

"New research could banish guilty feeling for consuming whole dairy products...Enjoying full-fat milk, yogurt, cheese and butter is unlikely to send people to an early grave, according to new research by The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).The study, published today in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found no significant link between dairy fats and cause of death or, more specifically, heart disease and stroke - two of the country's biggest killers often associated with a diet high in saturated fat. In fact, certain types of dairy fat may help guard against having a severe stroke, the researchers reported. 'Our findings not only support, but also significantly strengthen, the growing body of evidence which suggests that dairy fat, contrary to popular belief, does not increase risk of heart disease or overall mortality in older adults. In addition to not contributing to death, the results suggest that one fatty acid present in dairy may lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, particularly from stroke,' said Marcia Otto, Ph.D..." After almost a century of the Crisco, margarine, trans-fat scam, where housewives were conned into replacing butter with some type of Frankenstein plastic (by the "experts," of course), they could no longer hide the facts. Millions had died because they replaced the wisdom of God with man's so-called wisdom. Decades ago, we watched the backtracking, as stores and restaurants, and "health" organizations, began to issue warnings, or remove "trans fats." The dangers of "sugar cane" and "high fructose corn syrup" were covered up, and "saturated fat" became the big evil.

 

The Bible endorses butter when it is from cows, goats or sheep that have not been genetically modifed, fed trash, or injected with drugs, etc. It endorses whole milk (from goats, etc.), when chemical free, etc. It endorses clean meats. It does teach to remove external fat. But clean, organic or chemical free meat, from animals raised on grass and a clean, chemical free diet, and water, is good, not harmful - especially when mixed with other Biblical foods and wisdom. 

 

On the other hand, people who eat unclean flesh (pork, etc.), and processed meats, etc., with nitrates, MSG, corn syrup, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, and so many other harmful additives, should not be surprised at health problems.
